Google Docs sync suddenly stopped working.
Google frequently changes Google Docs specifications without any notice, and in most cases, they leave serious bugs that disables functionalities that were working without any problem before the update. If Google Docs sync suddenly stopped working, please check if Google Docs has been recently updated, and inform us of the problem through the Contact Form. What we can do is limited, but we try to avoid Google problems as much as we can.
Currently, Google Docs has another serious compatibility problem since their recent update. In order to avoid this Google Docs' bug, please disable their last update.
- Log in to Google Docs.
- Click "Settings" shown next to your Google account and select "Document settings".
- Select "Editing" tab.
- Uncheck "New version of Google documents:" checkbox.
All menus, buttons, etc are shown in Japanese.
The language of an application (not only our applications but all iOS applications) is automatically selected by the iOS, and you can change it by changing its language settings.
- Open built-in "Settings" application of your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.
- Tap "General".
- Tap "International".
- Tap "Language" to open a language list.
Language of an application is selected according with the order in this list. If Japanese is listed above English, Japanese is selected by iOS so please move English above Japanese as follows.
- Tap "English".
- Tap "Done".
At this point, your iOS must be changed to English. Then,
- Open "Settings" again.
- Tap "General", "International", then "Language".
- Tap your language.
- Tap "Done".
At this point, the language must be back to your language and next time you start the application, it will show all user interface components in English.
Application immediately closes after launch.
This problem is under investigation but it seems to happen occasionally when the applicaiton tries to open a page that was open last time the application closed but did not find the page. In this case, you can solve the problem as follows.
- Open built-in "Settings" application of your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad.
- Scroll down to find the application icon and open it.
- Turn "Start At Home Folder" option on.
- Quit "Settings" and launch the application.
Once the application opens, you can turn "Start At Home Folder" option off.
